We set up this foundry with an aim to produce high quality finished products. We currently manufacture various grades of grey cast iron as well as ductile iron. To achieve the quality our clients have come to expect, we have a solid infrastructure in place with the following facilities:
Inductotherm Furnace 550 kW expandable to 750 kW with 500 Kg crucible melting rate - 500 Kg/Hr of liquid metal
3 - 250 Kg pouring ladles with monorail system complemented by a 3 ton EOT crane to enable quick transfer of molten metal from the furnace to the moulds.

We use cold core shooters to make our cores.
We also manufacture oil core based components.
Fully automated sand plant with 500 Kg Sand mixer with auto feed of coal dust and bentonite. Conveyor system for sand recovery from knockout to sandplant with magnetic separator to remove any metal scrap from the return sand.

Our fettlers ensure the final dimensions of your components are to spec by removing the small imperfections on the casting surface.
