We need to ensure that the machined component is as per the requirements of the customer. To this effect we have a 650 x 650 surface plate with an array of instruments such as digital verniers, Height gauges, bore dials, depth verniers and micrometers of varying specifications.

Once the component is in production we develop various component specific snap gauges, plain plug gauges and thread plug gauges to ensure a quick and efficient check for the component before delivery. All our instruments are calibrated regularly as per the ISO standard for calibration for each instrument.
